Alejandro Agag is the visionary founder and creator of Formula E, the leading electric car racing championship. Born on September 18, 1970, in Madrid, Spain, Agag's career spans politics and motorsports, with a strong focus on sustainability. After serving as a member of the European Parliament, he launched Formula E in 2014 to promote electric vehicles and environmental consciousness in racing.
Under his leadership, Formula E has become a global success, featuring races in major cities worldwide. Agag also founded Extreme E, an off-road electric racing series focused on climate change awareness. Additionally, he has contributed to The Monegasque™ , writing about Formula E and his E-Boat project, which aims to revolutionize electric powerboats.
